Reward Manager (Compensation & Benefits)
Northamptonshire (hybrid, with occasional travel to London)
£70,000 – £80,000 + strong benefits package
We’re working with a well-established, values-led organisation to appoint a Reward Manager into a key role within their HR function.
This is a broad and hands-on position, offering ownership of compensation and benefits across a multi-entity environment.
The Role
You’ll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of reward across the business, ensuring programmes are competitive, well-governed and clearly understood.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the annual salary and bonus review cycle end-to-end
- Leading benchmarking, job evaluation and pay structure development
- Overseeing benefits provision, including renewals, providers and platforms
- Producing reward analysis, insights and modelling to support decision-making
- Ensuring compliance within a regulated environment
- Enhancing communication of pay, benefits and wellbeing offerings
- Supporting governance processes and senior stakeholder reporting
About You
- Experience within reward, compensation & benefits
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data and modelling
- Experience in a regulated or structured environment
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
- Able to translate complex reward concepts into clear, practical messaging
