Job Description
Job Title: TUPE & Employee Transfer Partner
Location: Northamptonshire (hybrid)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 or day rate (inside IR35)
Contract: FTC or interim
We are supporting a client with a TUPE project and are seeking an experienced HR professional to join them as a TUPE & Employee Transfer Partner.
This is a key role within an ongoing mobilisation project, where you will act as the central point of contact for all TUPE-related activity, ensuring a smooth and compliant transfer process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and the incoming employer
- Coordinate and manage the TUPE process end-to-end
- Collate, validate, and maintain Employee Liability Information (ELI)
- Support and coordinate TUPE consultation activity, including trade union engagement
- Ensure all HR data, payroll inputs, and documentation are accurate and compliant
- Maintain trackers, reports, and project documentation
- Support employee relations activity arising from the TUPE process (grievances, appeals, etc.)
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and wider stakeholders to support delivery
About You:
- Proven experience supporting TUPE transfers and mobilisation projects
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and consultation processes
- Confident managing HR data, ideally with strong Excel skills
- Experience engaging with trade unions and supporting consultation activity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-led environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
