Job Description

Job Title: TUPE & Employee Transfer Partner
Location: Northamptonshire (hybrid)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 or day rate (inside IR35)
Contract: FTC or interim

We are supporting a client with a TUPE project and are seeking an experienced HR professional to join them as a TUPE & Employee Transfer Partner.

This is a key role within an ongoing mobilisation project, where you will act as the central point of contact for all TUPE-related activity, ensuring a smooth and compliant transfer process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and the incoming employer
  • Coordinate and manage the TUPE process end-to-end
  • Collate, validate, and maintain Employee Liability Information (ELI)
  • Support and coordinate TUPE consultation activity, including trade union engagement
  • Ensure all HR data, payroll inputs, and documentation are accurate and compliant
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and project documentation
  • Support employee relations activity arising from the TUPE process (grievances, appeals, etc.)
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and wider stakeholders to support delivery

About You:

  • Proven experience supporting TUPE transfers and mobilisation projects
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and consultation processes
  • Confident managing HR data, ideally with strong Excel skills
  • Experience engaging with trade unions and supporting consultation activity
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-led environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
