The Role:
Managing a team of experienced Full Stack Developer so you'll need a really wide range of experience. You will dive into their modern technology stack, crafting and enhancing applications that serve a diverse client base. You'll  be leading a team who play a pivotal role in their project lifecycle, from conceptualisation to deployment, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Needed:
Leading, Mentoring and Developing your team, able to effectively manage the team remotely via a hybrid working arrangement.
Manage regular reviews both across the team and with individual contributors to ensure that both the team and personal objectives are met both in terms of projects but also personal development and growth
Your team will be working with a range of tech, as such you'll have previous experience not only leading development teams but also working with a range of relevant technologies including:
Develop and optimise front-end interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
Engineer robust back-end systems with technologies like Dynamo, Cognito, Lambda, S3, Event Bridge, RedShift, SQS, AppSync/GraphQL, and API Gateway/REST.
Efficiently manage Cloudflare operations and Node.js/Typescript coding.
Implement and maintain serverless architectures using SST and AWS CDK.
Utilise tools such as Datadog, MySQL, Amplitude, GA, Tableau, Artillery, Jira, Terraform, Docker, GitHub, and GitLab to enhance development and operational processes.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Possesses a deep understanding and hands-on experience who can work with a modern stack.
Able to lead from the front using your previous experience and knowledge to help your team grow and develop as well as ensure projects remain on track
Demonstrates a problem-solving attitude, with a flair for creative and efficient solutions.
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills, thriving in a collaborative environment.
Displays a keen interest in staying updated with the latest technological trends and tools.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Demonstrable experience of leading and managing professional software developers in a hybrid working environment.
Proven experience in full-stack development, particularly with relevant technology stacks.
A portfolio showcasing previous work and contributions to software projects.
