Overview:

Our client, a long standing and well respected Law Firm in the Warwickshire region are currently recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join them on a full time,-permanent basis!

The Role:

As the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will have a range of responsibilities and duties, which will largely entail, management of your own caseload of matters, where you will take ownership.

You can expect to gain access to a range of Commercial and Professional Negligence dispute matters.

In addition, you will also gain exposure to business development and marketing opportunities and assist senior members of staff on complex matters.

About You:

To be suitable for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role, you will be able to demonstrate strong experience within Commercial Dispute Resolution and be confident in running a caseload. This role is likely suited to legal professionals from NQ-3 PQE but individuals outside of this bracket will be considered.

It is also important you possess excellent attention to detail, be able to problem solve in a quick and efficient manner and have strong commercial acumen.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigator to join a growing Law firm with whom you can grow with and progress.
