Overview:

Macildowie are working in partnership with a well-respected Firm in the Warwickshire, who are currently seeking to expand their Property Litigation offering.

The firm are looking to appoint a motivated and driven Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor with experience across Property Litigation on a full time basis.

The Role:

As the successful Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be joining a team of experienced professionals, where you will have responsibility of your own workload where you will advise:

• Landlords
• Tenants
• Investors
• Property Management companies
• Developers and more!

The files will predominately involve Landlord & Tenant Disputes, Dilapidation, Boundary Disputes and Easement.

You will also have the opportunity to be involved in future business plans for the department and mentor junior members.

About You:

To be suitable for this Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be able to demonstrate solid experience across Litigation and demonstrate a real passion and interest in this sector of Dispute Resolution.

It is imperative you have excellent client care skills, can communicate effectively and take an adaptable approach to your work.
