Construction Solicitor

Location: Warwick + Hybrid working
Salary: Above market rate + reduced billable hours + Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday

Overview:

Our client, a highly regarded Top 200 Law Firm in the West Midlands, is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Construction Solicitor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role:

As the successful Construction Solicitor, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, primarily involving the management of your own caseload of matters, encompassing both Contentious and Non-Contentious issues. You will take ownership of cases and collaborate with senior Partners on more complex matters.

This role offers ample opportunities to engage in high-quality work, spanning both local and international projects. Additionally, you will gain exposure to business development and marketing initiatives.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you should possess a solid working knowledge of Construction Law and demonstrate competence in independently managing your own files. While this position is ideally suited for legal professionals with 4-6 years PQE, candidates outside of this range will be considered. Attention to detail, quick and efficient problem-solving skills, and robust commercial acumen are essential.

This role offers excellent progression routes, with the opportunity to advance from Associate to Senior Associate and beyond.
