IT Support Analyst
Location: West Midlands, Warwickshire
Salary & Benefits: Above average market rate
Hours: Monday - Friday
Overview:
Working for a highly successful and very well established Law firm, the IT Support Analyst works as part of an IT team responsible for providing telephone and on-desk support for internal colleagues on application and hardware issues. Providing quality support in a timely and professional manner is absolutely key to the role.

Responsibilities:
- Providing a first response via telephone, email and desk side to internal staff
- Resolving technical issues or escalating to relevant members of the IT team
- Ownership of a call, ensuring you are keeping colleagues fully informed of progress
Required Experience:
- Active Directory (managing user accounts within AD)
- MS Exchange (management of user accounts, 'how do I' support advice, access requests)
- MS Office ('how do I' support advice, basic trouble shooting)
- Some hardware break-fix
