Legal Assistant - Debt Recovery

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Legal Assistant to join a long-standing Top 200 Law Firm in Warwickshire, as part of their well-established Debt Recovery team.

The Role:

As a Legal Assistant, you'll be an integral part of collaborative team working on a range of litigation cases within specified SLA's.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting letters of claims and other legal/court documents
• Conducting legal research,
• Providing support to solicitors and team members.
• You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your communication skills by assisting with client inquiries and making outbound calls using our dialler system.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should have a strong interest in law and/or debt recovery. While prior experience in debt recovery and litigation is advantageous, it's not mandatory - comprehensive training is provided. The firm are looking for team players with excellent communication skills and a will to learn.
