Job Title: Litigation Team Leader
Location: Warwick
Salary: Competitive (Above Market Rate) + Bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday


Our client, a successful and well-established Law Firm located in Warwickshire is actively seeking an ambitious Litigation Team Solicitor to join their Debt Recovery Unit. The Role:

As the successful Litigation Team Leader, you will deliver an excellent client service, whilst managing and supervising Junior Fee Earners and Litigation Assistants to develop their knowledge and skillset.

  • Ensure compliance with SRA standards
  • Ensure that service is delivered in line with the FCA, SRA guidelines
  • Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances
  • Manage a caseload of fixed price litigation
  • Supervise the caseloads of junior fee earner and Litigation Assistants to ensure compliance with procedure, efficiency, client service standards and productivity targets are met;
  • Provide support to Client Services team on client audits and new business proposals;
  • Support with business development activities

About You:

Ideal for legal professionals with a robust background in Litigation, ideally within a recoveries/debt environment and possess supervisory experience.

Key attributes include good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.
