Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (flexible working options considered)
Macildowie are working exclusively with a luxury client based in Loughborough to recruit a Multimedia Designer for a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the healthcare sector, where you will play a key role in bringing the brand to life across a wide range of channels.
The Opportunity
As Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. You’ll act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints while supporting marketing and internal communications activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce on-brand creative assets across digital, print, email, and internal communications
- Develop website visuals, campaign graphics, and marketing collateral
- Create and edit video content including filming, post-production, subtitles, and motion graphics
- Edit and enhance photography for use across multiple platforms
- Produce print-ready artwork and liaise with suppliers and printers
- Support and execute email marketing campaigns
- Interpret briefs effectively to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives
- Manage stock levels of printed materials and oversee budget-conscious design output
About You
- Proven experience in graphic design across both digital and print
- Strong video creation and editing skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Skilled in photo editing and retouching
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A strong eye for detail and passion for brand consistency
