Job Title: Customer Advisor Administrator
Location: NG4, Nottingham
Pay: £13-14ph

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Advisor Administrator to join our team in Nottingham. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting both customers and suppliers. You will work closely with internal teams, including Transport, to ensure high service standards and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Handle customer complaints by identifying issues, determining root causes, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up resolution
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM system in a professional and timely manner
  • Make proactive outbound calls to both customers and suppliers
  • Support customers and suppliers in using the platform, including providing training where required
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and complaints in the CRM system
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Carry out general office administration duties, including welcoming visitors and supporting other departments
  • Manage hazardous waste inquiries, including liaising with third-party suppliers, arranging testing, and issuing quotes
  • Maintain regular communication with key customers to ensure their needs are met

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, order processing, and finance systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
