The Role

Working as part of a busy and collaborative team, you'll provide high-quality administrative and customer service support throughout the learner, tutor and customer journey.

This is a varied role where you'll be managing course administration, maintaining accurate records, supporting customers with bookings and ensuring courses have everything they need to run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems and databases.
  • Complete course administration including documentation checks, ordering resources and issuing confirmations.
  • Support finance administration including purchase orders, vouchers, transfers and cancellations.
  • Liaise with course delivery venues to ensure information and resources are in place ahead of courses.
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support customers using online booking systems.
  • Resolve queries from customers, organisations and tutors.
  • Manage multiple administrative priorities while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues while confidently using your own initiative.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience within an administration, customer service or coordination role.
  • Is confident handling telephone and email enquiries.
  • Has strong data entry and document management skills.
  • Can organise a varied workload and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Is comfortable managing several tasks at the same time.
  • Has strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is proactive, organised and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work independently as well as part of a wider team.

Previous experience of booking systems, databases, purchase order processes or an education/training environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and wants to join an organisation where their work supports the delivery of professional education and training.
