Marketing Coordinator
Hybrid, Stoneleigh
9-12 month Fixed Term Contract
Part Time (3 days), 1 day per month in office
up to £30,000 pro rata across 3 day working week
Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Stoneleigh to recruit an experienced Marketing Coordinator. This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in both marketing, ideally within a charity or membership-based organisation. You’ll play a vital role supporting key operational functions, marketing campaigns, events and membership services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and schedule social media and newsletter content
- Manage digital image content and marketing materials
- Coordinate RBST’s presence at agricultural shows and training events
- Update website changes and manage email campaigns
- Utilise CRM system and design email campaigns
- Work closely with Marketing Manager to support all marketing activities across the business
What We're Looking For:
- Marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Canva and Mailchimp
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A team player with a flexible, proactive attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
