Position: Indirect Category Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

As an Indirect Category Manager, you'll take the lead in managing our indirect spend categories, which can include areas like IT, facilities, marketing, and more. Your key responsibilities will include:

✓ Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness and supplier quality.

✓ Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve favourable outcomes.

✓ P2P Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in end-to-end procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance.

✓ Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to drive cost savings and process improvements within the indirect spend categories.

✓ Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and best practices to inform your category management strategies.

✓ Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, evaluating the success of procurement initiatives and making data-driven decisions.

✓ Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and innovation within the procurement function.

✓ SAP and MRP Knowledge: Leverage your expertise in SAP and other Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to optimize procurement processes.
