Temporary Purchasing Administrator!
Macildowie are working with a well-known and leading retailer on an interim purchasing administrator role.

Location: South Elmsall
Salary: circa £13 per hour but depends on experience
Hours: 9-5pm but early finish on Friday (4:45pm)
Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities:

Helpdesk Support

  • Inform end users about changes or additions to items/procedures or supply issues through phone and email
  • Enact stock enquiries
  • Act as the primary point of contact for helpdesk support to stores, warehouses, online directories, and head office through monitoring orders and answering any queries


Purchasing Assistance and Supplier Management

  • Raise purchase orders
  • Highlight any issues to supply chain analyst


Interfacing with various departments to ensure efficiency

  • NEO (Next Electronic Ordering): place picking allocations into the system, ensuring accuracy, and liaise with the Bristol Warehouse to verify correct allocation loading
  • External: send reports to suppliers
  • Finance: Review and clear invoice exceptions in a timely manner in alignment with supplier payments


Requirements:

  • A-Levels or equivalent
  • Great communication, planning, organisation and collaborative skills
  • Microsoft Office experience or Google equivalent
