Interim Purchasing Administrator
We are proud to be recruiting an interim Purchasing Administrator for our client who is a household name within the UK and has an excellent reputation! This role would be joining an already strong team to provide cover for another individual.
This role, based in South West Leicester, is looking to cover 3 months initially, with potential for upto 6 months, so is perfect for someone looking for a stop-gap or looking for a return to work following a break.
You would be responsible for wider administrative support within the purchasing team, including raising and tracking PO's, solving invoice queries and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting helpdesk with enquires and supporting stores, warehouse and office
- Raise PO's accurately and in a timely manner, including day-to-day expediting
- General administrative support to the wider team
- Communicate with external suppliers and send through relevant information and documents to suppliers
- Load picking allocations on the system, creating files and managing the process throughout.
- Administrative background
- IT Proficient
- Purchasing experience desirable
- Strong written and oral communication skills
