Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Data Coordinator
Salary: circa £25,000-27,000
Area: Burton
Reports To: Supply Chain Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and develop reports on supply chain data/performance using ERP systems, spreadsheets and databases
  • Recommend how to enhance supply chain efficiency through identifying data trends
  • Process and manager orders, including shipment progress
  • Manage inventory levels
  • Communicate with suppliers about orders, resolving issues and replenishing stock.
  • Support and collaborate with your team to co-ordinate sales, manufacturing, and logistics.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Preferable but not essential: experience with supply chain data analysis and supply chain software systems
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, take initiative but also contribute to collaborative team work
