We are looking to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator for our client who offer specialist services to a number of clients. The role comes about after a good period of growth and now looking for the next batch of individuals to train, develop and grow with their excellent support.

Within the role, you will be communicating with a number of internal and external stakeholders, receiving and processing orders and investigating a number of processes, issues and discrepancies, so an inquisitive mindset is essential! You will bring with you a strong ability to communicate with all levels, in addition to have a strong attention to detail.

In addition to the on-job experience you will gain, this client also provides study support for your CIPS qualification, so allows you to become well-rounded and knowledgeable and take that back to improve your relationships and processes too!

The role is a permanent opportunity, based in Kettering and is looking to offer between £22,000-£25,000 + Study support.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing orders, including electronic and manual orders
• Processing of invoice and invoice queries and communicating issues and the solutions to situations that arise
• Effective communication to and from 3PL's and other external stakeholders
• Investigate and reconcile delivery discrepancies
• Create and provide reports on an ad-hoc basis
• Help monitor performance of 3PL's against KPI's

Ideal Candidate:

• upto 1 years experience within Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics
• Demonstrable passion to get into Supply Chain
• IT literate across Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience using accounting software, across Quickbooks, Xero and Sage is advantageous
