THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator working for a business based in Leicester. Dealing with key departments and stakeholders, and delivering customer Management Information reports. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales Support and Data & Reporting departments) to maintain and improve the entire customer experience.
We are looking for an account manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. They need to have experience within Fleet Management, Transport or related industries.

This is a full time permanent position which is fully office based.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing drivers vehicle selection, ordering and quoting.

Provide support and reassurance to customers.

Respond to customer communications or queries and resolve any issues.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Assist with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed.

Support the wider business in identifying improvements that can be implemented to enhance both driver and customer experience.

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

In order to be considered you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, in a busy environment and it would be preferred that you come from a car dealership background but this is not essential.
