Job Title: Warehouse and Inventory Manager

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day warehouse management, resource planning, operational coordination, and assembly operations.

Job Description:
Macildowie Recruitment are working on behalf of a company who is actively seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Manager. In collaboration with the Operations Director, the chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our warehouse while prioritising health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and driving a 5S programme for enhanced organisational efficiency.
- Reviewing and continuously improving SOPs and work instructions.
- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of stock through process excellence.
- Challenging standard conventions and driving reductions in warehouse operations costs.
- Leading and reporting on continuous improvement programmes within the warehouse.
- Agreeing and reporting against relevant KPIs.
- Ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of quality, accuracy, and on-time dispatch.
- Providing regular reporting to UK and Taiwanese headquarters on various aspects, including cost reporting, annual budgeting, resource planning, space planning, training, staff performance, daily warehouse updates, and assembly statistics.
- Conducting annual performance reviews in line with company policy.
- Managing personnel in accordance with company policies.
