Supply Chain Administrator - Up to £31,000 - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm - Northampton
Macildowie Supply Chain & Procurement is delighted to have collaborated exclusively with a very well established and growing FMCG organisation that is looking at growing their supply chain division and has partnered with Macildowie to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator.
The key objective is to have previous experience operating in a coordination and scheduling role within a FMCG environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Overall proactive supplier care/approach for assigned suppliers offering an industry leading service.
- Liaising with the warehouse and responsible for updating our clients ERP system with the correct delivery dates for inbound orders.
- Ensuring that customer required dates are met.
- Assist with the raising and placing of purchase orders with the appropriate suppliers.
- Offer full support for the extraction of data analysis relating to supplier performance and non-compliance as and when required.
- Control and monitoring of personal key performance indicators (KPI's).
- Organising and arranging delivery slots for UK, which includes notifying the supplier of their reference and updating the goods in delivery calendar.
- Generating weekly / monthly stock level reports and daily upkeep of sales reports.
The Candidate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient user of Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience of operating in a coordination or scheduling role within an FMCG environment.
- Able to commute to Northampton.
