Warehouse Operative Loughborough

Contract: Permanent
Hours:
Monday: 5:00am - 11:00am
Tuesday: 2:00am - 11:00am
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our friendly, family-run business based in Loughborough. This role involves working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment, including freezer areas operating at -20°C.
Full training and all required uniform/PPE will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Picking, packing, and preparing orders accurately
Working safely within chilled and freezer environments (-20°C)
Loading and unloading stock
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Working efficiently as part of a close-knit team
What We are Looking For
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work early morning hours
Comfortable working in cold environments (full training and uniform provided)
Good attention to detail
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
