Finance Business Partner | Lincolnshire | £49,000 - £53,000

Macildowie are delighted to be partnering with an educational organisation based in Lincolnshire who are seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support and provide guidance to non-finance stakeholders across the organisation. Please note prior education experience is not a requirement and whilst is desirable they are open to individuals of any sector background.

The Role
Reporting into the CFO you will be a key business partner within the team working with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation, making improvements to financial processes, as well as financial planning and monitoring.

You will have the support of a management accountant within this role who will assist you in the preparation of management accounts as well as budgets.

Finance Business Partner Responsibilities

- Leading the preparation of budgets and management accounts
- Actively developing strong relationships with stakeholders providing a bespoke service with financial and business advice
- Partnering with budget holders to prepare detailed budgets and forecasts

Requirements
- Experience leading the preparation of management accounts, budgets and forecasts
- Demonstrable business partnering experience and providing guidance to non-finance stakeholders
- Be a proactive individual who can work autonomously and is able to challenge both finance and non-finance stakeholders in a collaborative way
