Finance Business Partner | Leicestershire | £53,000 - £59,000
Macildowie are delighted to be partnering with East Midlands Housing Group (emh Group) who are building a brand new 12 person team in addition to the existing structure. This has come about following legislative changes to the social housing sector and an internal review of capacity and processes.
There are three Finance Business Partner roles as well as a Finance Team Leader we are currently looking to appoint to (please see the other adverts for their details) with this being the FBP for Maintenance.
Prior social housing experience is not required for this role however it is a requirement to be fully qualified and have a depth of business partnering experience in a similar scale and complexity organisation >50m turnover.

Overview
- Paying up to £53,000 - £59,000
- 35 hours per week
- 8% employer pension contribution
- 39 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- Hybrid working (site based in Coalville - LE67 4JP)
Requirements
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
- Business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders at Manager/ Head/ Director level
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and management accounts
- Intermediate excel - comfortable with intermediate level formula and accustomed to working with large volumes of data in a comparable size organisation
Desirable (but not essential)
- Social housing experience
- Maintenance experience within a social housing or comparable private sector business
