Job Description

Job Title: Quality Officer
Location: Loughborough & Hybrid (2 days per week in the office - Monday & Wednesday)
Hours: Full-time, permanent. Monday - Friday. 35 hours per week

Overview:

A leading national organisation in the sport sector is seeking a proactive Quality Officer to manage quality assurance and compliance across educational programmes, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Stakeholder Management
    Support training centres, educators, and learners while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    Develop and review policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Oversee consistent programme delivery and high-quality standards.

  • Monitoring & Reporting
    Monitor the performance and compliance of training centres, providing regular reports to internal teams and leadership.

  • Audits & Investigations
    Conduct internal audits, assist in broader audits, and investigate complaints and malpractice when required.

  • Data Management & Reporting
    Track and manage quality assurance data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Support invoice processing and financial procedures.

  • Training & Standardisation
    Assist in training delivery and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal policies.

About You:

  • Essential

    • Experience in quality assurance or a similar role with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.

    • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within education/training environments.

    • Proficient in communication and digital tools for data management.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
