Macildowie are working exclusively with a fantastic company based in Coventry to recruit a Junior Management Accountant to join their finance team.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
As a Junior Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the Financial Controller and wider finance team. This position offers hands-on involvement in the production of management accounts, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the month-end management accounts process
- Producing variance analysis against budgets
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Supporting audit preparation and VAT returns
- Providing financial insight to stakeholders across the business
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
You will work closely with senior finance leaders and gain exposure to strategic decision-making, making this an ideal role for someone looking to progress within their finance career.
