Sales Advisor

09:00 - 18:15, Monday to Friday (weekend work is required)

£20,000 - £22,000 + uncapped commission

Market Harborough, office based

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in representing a leading travel brand and ensuring that every customer interaction is nothing short of outstanding.

The role:

  • Being a brand ambassador and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Maximizing sales opportunities by engaging with customers, identifying buying signals, and providing solutions in a warm and genuine manner.
  • Creating excitement about our holiday offerings and building rapport with customers to establish trust and loyalty.
  • Taking ownership of all customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively contacting customers to promote offers, services, and updates related to their holiday plans.
  • Providing customers with information and support to ensure a stress-free travel experience.
  • Collaborating with other departments to overcome barriers and fulfil customer queries.
  • Using all available systems accurately to inform, record, and fulfil customer needs.
  • Adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure integrity and accuracy of bookings.

The Candidate:

  • Strong sales/service experience of at least 6 months.
  • A passion for customer care and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent geographical knowledge.
  • GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths & English.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
