Business Development Executive

LE4 based (potential for hybrid post probation)

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

£27,000 - £28,000 + uncapped commission

A leading business with links to multiple industries are looking to recruit an Entry-Level Business Development Executive to join their award winning team. You will receive comprehensive product training and mentorship to develop your sales skills and thrive in a supportive environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to get into the sales industry, for a business who have excellent staff retention and truly care about their employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote products/services.
  • Engage with lapsed clients to redevelop accounts
  • Follow up quotations and close business
  • Order processing and CRM management
  • Visit account contacts and attend meetings on behalf of the business
  • Follow up on inquiries to drive sales opportunity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall business success.
  • Liaise operationally within the wider team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
  • Hunter and farmer mentality, the will must be there & the skill can be taught.
  • Technically minded
