Sales Executive

Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30

Hybrid, Thurmaston

£22,800 + commission

A leading supplier to the construction industry are looking to expand their sales function. We are looking for an outgoing, proactive and resilient sales professional to hit the ground running!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Maintain client accounts, including renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Contact new registrations and engage with potential clients.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile.
  • Conduct outbound sales campaigns to existing and potential clients.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements and promote Rhino Trade Insurance services.
  • Maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
  • Meet personal and team targets.
  • Deliver and maintain a quality service.
  • Capture information accurately during client interactions.
  • Behave in an ethical and professional manner at all times.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for company growth and development.

Candidate requirements:

  • Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • IT literate.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
