Marketing Manager

Corby, office based

£38,000 - £45,000 per annum

09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Corby. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business in the logistics industry. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting marketing activities across all digital and offline channels. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in elevating the brand presence, delivering engaging content, and coordinating internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website & SEO: Maintain and update the WordPress-based website, collaborate on SEO strategies, and support WooCommerce updates.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Plan and produce high-quality written content, work with freelance writers, and ensure brand voice consistency.
  • Social Media Management: Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts using Hootsuite, develop and schedule engaging content, and monitor community engagement.
  • Design & Branding: Create compelling visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, support branding consistency, and coordinate print materials.
  • Photography & Video: Capture and edit high-quality images and videos, use company equipment for content creation, and maintain a digital asset library.
  • Email Marketing: Build and manage targeted email campaigns in Mailchimp, segment audiences, and analyse performance metrics.
  • Internal Communications: Update digital signage with internal news and collaborate across departments to maintain employee engagement.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Interest or experience in Photography
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing abilities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite).
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and basic SEO principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with email platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
