Communications Manager
1 day from office in Solihull (Hybrid/Remote)
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
up to £55,000 + discretionary bonus up to 10%
This opportunity sits at the heart of a strategic transformation in the UK utilities sector. Joining as part of the team delivering a new project, you'll be responsible in shaping the communications and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead stakeholder engagement plans and communications, including website, newsletters, briefings, and public‑facing content
* Build trusted relationships across industry stakeholders, internal teams, and third‑party delivery partners
* Capture and synthesise customer insight to inform programme decisions
* Act as deputy in governance forums alongside the Stakeholder Engagement Lead
What We're Looking For
* Experience in stakeholder engagement or communications roles, especially in customer‑facing presentations
* Proven track record delivering clear, impactful communications under tight deadlines
* Enthusiasm for understanding the UK gas or utilities sector (desirable)
* Confident in writing public‑facing content and working in fast‑paced environments
