Are you a self-sufficient marketing professional looking to run the full marketing function solo? Macildowie is proud to be partnering with a leading logistics company in Corby to recruit a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in autonomy and can take complete ownership of the marketing strategy and execution.

This is a standalone role - you will be the driving force behind all marketing efforts across the business. From content creation and digital campaigns to internal communications and brand development, you'll be the go-to expert and decision-maker for all things marketing.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Website Management & SEO:
  Manage and update the WordPress site, enhance user experience, implement SEO best practices, and oversee WooCommerce updates.
• Content Creation & Copywriting:
  Plan, write, and publish clear and compelling content across all platforms. You'll also liaise with freelance copywriters where needed but will lead the content strategy yourself.
• Social Media Management:
  Own the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Hootsuite. Create the content, manage the schedule, and engage the audience directly.
• Design & Branding:
  Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva. Ensure brand consistency across all materials - digital and print.
• Photography & Videography:
  Take and edit photos and videos in-house using company equipment. You'll be hands-on in building a professional visual library for campaigns.
• Email Marketing:
  Plan, build, and send engaging email campaigns through Mailchimp. You'll handle everything from audience segmentation to analysing open and click-through rates.
• Internal Communications:
  Manage internal updates via digital signage and ensure company-wide messages are communicated effectively and engagingly.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven ability to operate independently in a multi-channel marketing role.
• Creative eye for photography and design.
• Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and a working knowledge of SEO.
• Confident using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience with social scheduling tools (Hootsuite) and email platforms (Mailchimp).
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects, setting priorities, and working without micromanagement.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative business environment where no two days are the same.
