E-Commerce Manager

Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Rearsby, Leicester.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join a well-established, fast-growing business. This business champions innovation and digital transformation and offers a collaborative working culture in a picturesque, rural setting.
As E-Commerce Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational aspects of the digital customer journey. Your focus will be on optimising the end-to-end e-commerce funnel, increasing conversion and retention rates, and contributing to revenue growth. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimise the e-commerce sales funnel and digital customer journey
- Implement CRO strategies using A/B testing, heatmaps and analytics
- Drive UX/UI enhancements and work with developers to improve platform functionality
- Collaborate on SEO, content, and paid digital campaigns
- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, CAC and online sales performance
- Support initiatives that improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
- Demonstrable experience in a B2C or D2C e-commerce environment
- Solid knowledge of digital analytics, UX, CRO and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of working across departments
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Sitecore CMS, and paid ad platforms
