Head of Marketing
Location: Derbyshire
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE) + benefits
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of long-standing clients. This client-facing role blends strategic direction with hands-on campaign delivery, covering SEO, paid media, content, social, email, and CRM. You'll be working closely with in-house specialists to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop client marketing strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Lead on digital campaign delivery across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Drive SEO performance with technical audits, keyword strategy, and on/off-page optimisation.
- Manage content planning and creation, ensuring engaging output across multiple platforms.
- Oversee email marketing and CRM campaigns (HubSpot, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Produce insightful reports using Google Analytics and other analytics tools, driving improvements through data.
- Build strong client relationships, presenting results and strategic recommendations with confidence.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing role (with a digital bias).
- Proven expertise across SEO, paid media, social, and analytics.
- Experience with WordPress/Webflow and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of CRM/email automation platforms.
- Bonus (optional): familiarity with HTML, CSS or JavaScript, and ability to liaise with developers.
