Group Marketing Manager
Hybrid, Crick
Up to £55,000 + bonus
09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Macildowie are working with this client based near Crick to recruit a strategic and dynamic Group Marketing Manager for a leading player in the manufacturing and distribution industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the marketing direction across international markets.
The Role:
You'll take ownership of group-wide marketing strategy, leading a multi-disciplinary team across digital, brand, creative, and campaign delivery. With direct responsibility for multiple brands, you'll oversee marketing performance, ROI, and innovation - aligning activity with company goals while championing a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy across group brands
- Lead and inspire a team across multiple marketing channels
- Manage cross-channel campaigns and brand positioning
- Commission and interpret market research and insight
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Oversee budget allocation and performance reporting
- Promote innovation and adoption of new technologies
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience
- 3 years people management experience
- Expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and team development
- Confident managing budgets and leading international or multi-market strategies
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
- Educated to degree level in Marketing or Business (CIM or similar qualifications advantageous)
