Trade Marketing Manager

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Macildowie are partnering with a leading retail brand to find a Trade Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategies across key retail partners and D2C channels.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for executing joint marketing strategies with retail partners, managing product launches, and driving campaigns to increase brand visibility. You will also manage the eCommerce trading calendar for D2C, optimize customer reviews, and work on data acquisition to expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Marketing: Develop and execute joint marketing plans with key retail partners to maximise sales, profitability, and category share.
Product Launches: Manage launch plans for new products, including tailored merchandising and promotional content for each retail partner.
Performance Analysis: Track sell-in, sell-out, and ROI to provide actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
D2C Marketing: Oversee and manage the eCommerce Trading Calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and key campaigns.
Customer Engagement: Drive customer review programs through platforms like Trustpilot and Which?, while expanding the first-party data base through targeted campaigns.
Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends to continuously enhance the D2C customer experience and optimise performance.
Key Skills & Experience:
2+ years in trade marketing, eCommerce, or B2B marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize performance and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with SEO, reviews, digital marketing, and eCommerce platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
