Internal Sales Executive

up to £25,000 + bonus

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Office based, Blackpole (potential for hybrid)

Macildowie are working with this client based in Blackpole, Worcester, who are looking to appoint an Internal Sales Executive on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but ambitious team in the consumer products industry, where you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through excellent customer care, proactive cross-selling and upselling, and long-term relationship building.

You will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries and orders while identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and increase sales. The role blends outstanding service delivery with a strong commercial focus, turning positive interactions into tangible business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing customer orders

  • Identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase sales

  • Managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships to drive loyalty

  • Handling returns and credits while maintaining customer retention

  • Supporting promotional campaigns and product launches

  • Collaborating with clinical, product and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience

The Candidate:

  • Have proven experience in customer-facing roles with a strong track record of upselling or cross-selling

  • Be confident, persuasive and an excellent communicator

  • Be comfortable working to KPIs around conversion, AOV and retention

  • Have a customer-first mindset with the ability to balance service with commercial outcomes

  • Possess solid organisational skills and be detail-focused

  • Be proficient with order/CRM systems (SAP Business One and Magento desirable)
