Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (flexible hours)
Macildowie are delighted to be partnering with a growing business in Northampton who are looking to appoint a talented Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and driven individual who is looking to take the next step in their marketing career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, web, and print).
- Supporting content creation, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and digital assets.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to optimise results.
- Maintaining the company website and social media platforms.
- Assisting with events, exhibitions, and promotional activity.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Marketing Assistant or Marketing Executive role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using digital tools such as social media scheduling platforms, CMS, and email marketing software.
- Creative flair with an eye for detail.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
