up to £55,000 dependent on experience
Loughborough (travel across the East Midlands)
09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Macildowie are working with a leading property client based in Loughborough. An exciting opportunity has arisen with a rapidly growing organisation operating in the luxury property market. This is a pivotal role for a commercially driven professional with a passion for the finer things in life!
As Head of New Property, you will take ownership of identifying, securing, and building relationships with landlords, investors and property owners across the Midlands and further afield. You'll combine commercial acumen, design sensibility, and strategic thinking to expand a curated portfolio of exceptional homes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a targeted property acquisition pipeline
Develop and nurture relationships with landlords and high-net-worth individuals
Collaborate with internal teams to identify brand-aligned opportunities
Conduct viewings and pitch services to owners and investors
Educate landlords on the commercial benefits of short lets
Deliver investor-focused property sourcing and onboarding
Conduct ROI, profitability, and risk assessments
Present regular reports to the senior team
Stay on top of legal, regulatory and compliance standards
Ideal Candidate
Strong communicator with a professional, personable style
Commercially sharp and financially literate
Trustworthy and confident in high-level negotiations
Proactive, self-sufficient and driven by results
Property market knowledge - advantageous but not essential
