Macildowie are working with this client based in Quorn, Leicestershire on a rare and senior opportunity in the luxury property and short-stay hospitality market.
They are seeking a Head of New Property to join their leadership team and take ownership of new portfolio growth.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical estate or lettings role. You'll be the face of the brand when it comes to onboarding new high-end business opportunities. You'll build relationships with estate owners, rural landlords and UHNW clients, offering a bespoke service and acting as a trusted partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess and onboard new luxury properties to meet brand and operational standards
- Build a strong pipeline of estate owners, landlords and developers across rural regions
- Confidently pitch business' premium offering and convert high-value leads
- Lead consultations and site visits, advising clients on how to prepare homes for high-end guests
- Contribute to business strategy and expansion in key growth locations
- Stay ahead of rural property trends, pricing models and portfolio performance
- Represent the brand with warmth, expertise and professionalism at every touchpoint
Who We're Looking For
- Strong background in land, estate or property management - ideally at a senior level
- Polished communicator with the gravitas to engage UHNW clients and estate owners
- Commercially astute with a deep understanding of occupancy, ROI and premium pricing
- Self-driven, capable of managing your own diary and making independent decisions
- Strong network in rural or high-end property circles, ideally across the East Midlands or Cotswolds
- Knowledge of the luxury lettings market is desirable, but not essential
