Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Hinckley to recruit a Creative Lead into a well-established manufacturing organisation within the FMCG industry.
This is an exciting standalone opportunity for a multi-skilled creative professional with a passion for design, videography, and AI-driven content creation. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the full visual identity of the business - from campaign ideation to high-impact digital content delivery.
As Creative Lead, you'll work across a broad creative landscape - from marketing collateral and digital design to high-quality filming, editing and photography. With growing investment in AI and digital storytelling, you'll also have the chance to explore automation and intelligent creative tools to push the boundaries of how the brand communicates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full creative lifecycle - from concept through to execution - across all branded content
- Design and produce impactful marketing materials (brochures, catalogues, signage, event collateral)
- Shoot, edit and produce engaging video content and product photography using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Drive AI-powered creativity across visual content production and explore emerging tools to increase output quality and speed
- Develop brand storytelling across social platforms using rich media and short-form video
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across digital and traditional platforms
- Create graphics and motion assets for web, email, and social channels
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate commercial briefs into compelling creative
- Stay ahead of industry trends across design, content marketing and AI
About You:
- Proven experience in both print and digital design, with a strong portfolio across varied mediums
- Confident with end-to-end video production: filming, editing, sound and motion graphics
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Experience or interest in utilising AI tools for design, visual automation or creative enhancement
- A keen eye for layout, brand identity and storytelling through visual content
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Media or Marketing is desirable but not essential
