Macildowie are working with this client based in Leicester Forest East on an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a well-established name in the publishing and media industry. This hybrid role is ideal for a bilingual marketer with fluent French skills and a passion for books, digital content, and impactful campaigns.

You will work closely with the International Marketing Manager to deliver creative and commercially focused campaigns across both the UK and French markets, while collaborating with internal publishing teams and external partners to boost visibility for key titles.

From managing French social media platforms to working on title merchandising and vendor promotions, this role offers real variety and international exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for French social media platforms
• Develop assets in Canva and coordinate with authors, narrators and agents
• Deliver merchandising and promotional submissions to retailers
• Launch and monitor title marketing campaigns in both UK and France
• Use Mailchimp to create and send eshots across key territories
• Track progress and compile weekly status and performance reports

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent French speaker (written and spoken)
• Confident content creator with campaign and digital marketing experience
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong copywriting and proofing skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and Mailchimp
• Publishing/media background preferred but not essential
