A growing brand within the digital commerce industry is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager (eCommerce & ERT Channels) on a permanent hybrid basis (office time split between London and Northampton). The role reports into the UK Head of Marketing.
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
You'll be responsible for delivering trade marketing activity across major UK retail partners and expanding the organisation's direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) presence. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross‑functional marketing role, balancing B2B relationships with hands-on D2C execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop joint marketing campaigns with retail partners to drive growth, share and profitability
- Manage new product launches, digital merchandising and campaign content
- Analyse partner and D2C channel performance to improve ROI
- Own the eCommerce Trading Calendar and lead initiatives to grow customer reviews and first-party data
- Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to align execution with commercial priorities
You'll bring strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of digital marketing, with the ability to deliver against both retailer and direct sales objectives.
