Paid Ads Specialist - Fully Remote
£30,000 - £40,000 - Full-Time - Permanent
Macildowie are working exclusively with this growing and successful digital Marketing Agency based in the East Midlands to recruit a Paid Ads Specialist for a fully-remote, permanent opportunity with a flexible and secure employer.
We need someone who is willing to progress within the agency as the team grows - as your responsibilities increase, your salary will too. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be joining a dynamic, creative team and taking ownership of multiple client ad accounts across diverse industries. With budgets often exceeding £1m per week, this is a role where you'll need to be confident managing high-performing campaigns, maximising ROI, and developing innovative strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: Though this position is fully-remote, we will require the successful candidate to have a permenent right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Manage multiple client accounts, each with unique goals, audiences, and challenges
- Analyse campaign performance and use data insights to make informed strategic decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to craft compelling ad content
- Handle large advertising budgets confidently, often across 4-5 accounts
- Explore new trends, tools, and tactics to keep campaigns ahead of the curve
- Support on Google Ads campaigns where required
- Participate in regular stand-ups via Slack or video, and monthly team meetups
What we're looking for
- 2-3 years' hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager essential)
- Demonstrable success managing high-value paid social campaigns
- Analytical thinker with strong commercial focus on ROI and customer acquisition
- Confident copywriting and creative input skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with remote collaboration
- Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo or Google Ads
