Macildowie are delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing organisation in the recruitment of a Marketing Manager. This is a pivotal role, leading strategy while remaining close to delivery.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the marketing function, shaping strategy, leading campaigns, and managing stakeholders to drive brand growth and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the marketing strategy
- Managing integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a small marketing team (or agencies)
- Owning budgets, planning, and performance reporting
- Working closely with Sales, Leadership, and external partners
About You
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery capability
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, or teams
- Confident leading marketing activity end-to-end
