Macildowie are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive for a business that is investing heavily in digital growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys performance marketing, data, and optimising digital journeys.
The Role
You'll focus on driving traffic, engagement, and conversions through digital channels, using insight and testing to continually improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and optimising paid campaigns (PPC, paid social)
- Supporting SEO strategy and website optimisation
- Email marketing campaign creation and automation
- Monitoring analytics, reporting on performance, and making recommendations
- Supporting CRO and A/B testing initiatives
About You
- Hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, or similar
- Commercial mindset with a test-and-learn approach
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
