Sales Executive
Coventry, hybrid
Up to £30,000 + commission
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Macildowie are working with a growing and ambitious business to recruit a Sales Executive to support continued commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and progressing within a structured sales environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with prospects, and supporting the full sales process - from initial contact through to conversion - while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contacting new and existing prospects
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Managing the sales pipeline and keeping CRM systems up to date
- Supporting deal negotiations and closing opportunities
- Working closely with marketing and account management teams
About You
- Previous experience in a sales, customer-facing, or commercial role
- Confident communicator with a positive, proactive approach
- Resilient and motivated by targets and results
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Keen to learn, develop, and progress in sales
