Are you looking for a marketing role where you can make a real impact, fast? Macildowie are supporting a high-growth brand on their search for a Campaign Manager to lead the charge on product and promotional marketing. Bold, fast-paced and full of ambition, this is a role for someone who thrives on pace, creativity and cross-functional delivery.
This is a newly created role designed to bring structure, clarity and results to how the brand delivers campaigns across its growing UK footprint. You'll take full ownership of the marketing campaign calendar - from strategy through to execution - shaping how product launches, seasonal events, and brand-led campaigns land in-store and across digital.
The role:
Create and manage a campaign calendar that aligns with trading priorities and brand goals
Drive footfall and sales through compelling, well-executed in-store and digital activations
Bring consistency and structure to campaign planning and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that work operationally as well as creatively
Analyse results and adapt approach to optimise performance
The Candidate:
Strong experience running end-to-end campaigns, from planning through to delivery and review
A hands-on mindset - you're comfortable rolling your sleeves up
Great stakeholder management skills - you can align food, ops and marketing
A passion for creativity, matched with commercial instinct
High attention to detail, brilliant organisation and a love of fast-moving environments
