Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (known as Regional General Manager internally)
Location: South Coast Regions (Remote with weekly field-based visits)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow regional operations at a fast growing, successful business within the engineering sector. You will drive revenue growth, manage a small team of engineers, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee regional targets, build strong customer relationships, and support team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Growth:

  • Lead regional growth, driving van job revenue, service sales, and supply business.
  • Protect and grow key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.

Customer Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with top accounts, creating and executing account plans.
  • Target new business and convert leads through local market insights.

Engineer Management:

  • Manage engineers' performance and productivity, ensuring high utilisation and job volume.
  • Provide coaching and support to maintain a positive team culture and high engagement.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience, maintaining strong communication and service delivery.
  • Represent the brand professionally, prioritising valuable work for long-term relationships.

Operational Leadership:

  • Delegate administrative tasks to protect time for leadership and business growth.
  • Ensure operational efficiency through job scheduling and performance tracking.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regional sales, account management, and business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Sound understanding of operational processes and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
