Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (flexible hours considered)

Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Loughborough within the healthcare sector to recruit a Multimedia Designer.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to take ownership of visual content across a growing organisation, bringing brand identity to life across multiple channels.
The Role
You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. From social media graphics to video content and marketing collateral, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent and engaging brand delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce on-brand visual content across digital and print channels
- Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and internal communications
- Produce and edit video content including filming, editing, and post-production
- Edit and enhance photography for use across marketing materials
- Develop website mock-ups and visual concepts
- Manage print production including liaising with suppliers and ensuring quality control
- Design and deliver engaging email campaigns
- Interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions aligned to objectives
- Manage stock levels of printed materials and support budget control
About You
- Proven experience in a design-focused role across digital and print
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Confident in photography editing and visual storytelling
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Passion for brand consistency and high-quality output
